As an entry-level position, the Bussiness Operations Coordinator will be developing their skills in marketing, administrative activities, project management, and basic IT.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain cybersecurity compliance through third-party vendors.
Act as project manager and lead new projects and on-going projects to completion Provide general office support and assistance Manage and create content for all digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries.
Provide basic IT support, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
Manage email domain and manage user access and permissions.
Manage Google My Business and ensure that all information is up to date.
Maintain a calendar of closure dates and ensure that all relevant parties are informed.
Edit website content and send it to a third-party web developer as needed.
Oversee and coordinate marketing efforts, working closely with the third-party marketing team.
Requirements:
Experience in digital marketing/managing social media accounts Ability to multitask and problem solve Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Great communication and grammar skills Self-starter Knowledge of IT preferred Bachelors in business, marketing, advertising or equivalent experience Job Type:
