This position is for M-Th afternoon/evening hours and Friday mornings at our Janesville office (Monday through Thursday 11-7pm and Fridays 8-11am) Crossroads Counseling has a 45
year history of providing evidenced based, trauma-informed mental health services across the lifespan, for individuals, couples, families and groups.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The core duties and responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant within our agency revolve around supporting the functions of the main office and the clinical team.
Their job duties can vary widely and an ideal candidate will be prepared to:
Answer phones and greet clients Schedule appointments for clients Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Qualifications and Skills:
An ideal candidate will have previous experience within the mental health field and a clinical setting, however, this is not necessary.
A person who is friendly, works well with challenging clients and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills is essential.
Experience with general computer systems (Microsoft Office, email, etc.
) is required.
The candidate will work well with others, be flexible and dependable.
Our agency is seeking someone to join our team and function effectively and independently within their role to assist in the operations of the clinic and the continuity of care for our consumers.
