The agency was developed to provide comprehensive services including neuropsychological and psychological assessment as well as individual and group counseling services.
Neuropsychological and psychological assessments help your providers better understand your strengths and weaknesses allowing them to provide evidence-based treatment and services.
They are a valuable diagnostic tool for those individuals that need a more in-depth analysis of their situation.
We are seeking a Wisconsin clinical mental health counselor (LCSW, APSW, LPC-IT, LMFT, or psychologist) to join our team of mental health professionals.
Supervision for clinical hours can be provided.
The successful candidate will provide individual, couples, and group therapy to clients struggling with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, executive functioning issues, social problems, and relationship issues.
Experience and interest in working with both children and adults is preferred.
Additionally, experience and/or interest in working with autistic adolescents and adults as well as individuals with ADHD is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients Deliver individual, couples, and/or group therapy services to clients Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes Participate in regular supervision and case consultation with other mental health professionals Stay current with developments in the field of mental health through ongoing education and training opportunities Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or a related field Wisconsin state licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Psychotherapist or the ability to become licensed Experience providing individual, couples, and/or group therapy Specialty knowledge and experience working with ADHD, autism, and executive functioning issues Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Strong organizational and time-management skills We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
