OverviewRetail PharmacistMercy Mall JanesvillePRN/ PoolPerforms all functions of pharmaceutical care required of a staff pharmacist.
Performs and supervises computer data entry related to patient profile.
Monitors all medication dispensing for accuracy.
supervises filling of all prescriptions and provides appropriate patient counseling.
Collects and analyzes data for process improvement projects.
Maintains competencies in federal and state regulations related to pharmacy practice.
Responsible for one long-term project involving all the retail pharmacies sharing information, updates, processes with all retail pharmacy partners.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Hours exceeding 40/week may be required.
May be required to take after hours call on a rotation basis.
Performs other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.
Responsibilities Maintains professionalism and conducts self as a role model, serving as a resource for the other retail pharmacy partners.
Staff primarily as a retail pharmacist but may be required to work in other functions of the retail pharmacy operations in support of the department.
Is an expert retail pharmacist who relies on skills of comprehensive knowledge and experience.
Takes ownership of one long-term retail pharmacy project assuring that the information, data is carried through to all the retail pharmacies.
Maintains practice by ongoing professional literature review, continuing education and self-evaluation.
Education and ExperienceFifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certification/LicensureGraduate of an accredited Pharmacy programWisconsin license requiredIllinois license required, if position works in ILSpecial Physical DemandsThe Special Physical Demands are considered Essential Job Functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
