8K a year Position Summary and Job Duties Students will complete the Certified Nursing Assistant course at an approved Technical College through tuition assistance, paid by Rock Haven.
Through an employment arrangement student will be guaranteed employment with Rock Haven upon successful passing of the course/exam.

course and exam through approved Technical College Completion of HPPA and Blood Borne Pathogens training Successful background check Attend required course classroom and clinical hours Successfully test and pass required knowledge and skills exam to receive current certification Completion of necessary paperwork for both Rock County and technical college to complete the employment arrangement set forth by this opportunity Success Factors (KSA's) Shows respect for teachers, students, and collateral contacts by accepting assignments willingly.

Uses a kind and gentle approach with people while maintaining their dignity and respecting their privacy.
Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Successfully test and pass required knowledge and skills exam to receive current certification with the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry This opportunity requires a one year commitment of employment with Rock Haven Successful completion of a preemployment physical and TB screening As of January 27th 2022, the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services has mandated that all employees of skilled nursing facilities are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
