About your new role:
As the ISO Quality Leader, you will provide direction, guidance, and coordination of the Janesville facility's Quality Department.
You will also enforce the company's quality policies, objectives, and plans while maintaining ISO certifications.
This position will require you to assess data to drive improvement programs, manage Prent process improvement/preventative action program, and coordinate customer audits as necessary.
What you need:
A Bachelor's degree in related field 5
years Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience with management experience Extensive exposure to SPC and ISO standards Proven leadership skills Effective communication skills in verbal, written, and electronic formats Ability to positively work as part of a team What you'll receive:
