Ensure that parts are shipped daily per customer order/release.
2.
Communicate to the customer any instances where parts cannot be shipped on time and complete per the customer order/release.
3.
Log on to all customer electronic demand systems and perform the required daily/weekly/monthly data exchange per the specific customer requirements of their system(s).
4.
Monitor the customer issued delivery ratings and dispute any deductions that are not valid.
Dispute the deductions per the customer specific dispute process.
5.
Review Novares -vs.
- Customer quantities and correct any discrepancies.
6.
Ensure that the Distribution department is informed of the requirements that must ship on a daily basis.
Ensure that the required shippers, pick tickets are available to the Distribution area as needed to facilitate the shipment of product.
Inform the Distribution area of any changes to the customer shipping requirements.
7.
Prepare the required documentation for customer shipments in accordance with specific customer requirements.
Coordinate required documentation for international shipments.
8.
Monitor customer electronic information systems such as online bulletins, bulletin boards, emails and distribute information as necessary.
9.
Schedule carriers to pick up customer shipments as required.
10.
Follow the current procedure for handling customer increases and coordinate with the customer and the production areas to help develop the plan to accommodate the demand increases.
Minimize the financial impact to Novares with regards to customer demand fluctuation.
11.
Customer manual order entry as required.
12.
Monitor ASN communication within functional area to insure transmission.
13.
Compile data as required for other departments (Quality, Scheduling, Purchasing, Materials).
14.
Complete daily data/measurable reporting and distribute as required.
15.
Perform back up duties for other C.
S.
Representatives and other Novares plants as required.
16.
Coordinate the replacement of rejected/suspect parts with the customer as needed.
17.
Follow policies, procedures and guidelines including the company handbook.
18.
Offer plant/companywide continuous improvement suggestions.
19.
