Summary:
This position is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that support the organization s overall mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
This position oversees all HR related functions including payroll, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and policy development.
This position is also responsible for leading and developing the HR team to provide support services for all UA locations.

Responsibilities:
Actively promote UA s culture development process by modeling the behaviors we would like to see by all staff Supervise and mentor HR staff, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with organization s goals and objectives Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure current and future initiatives support the company s growth and culture Address and resolve complex employee relations issues Develop new and enforce current HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
Oversee performance management process and systems Manage compensation and benefit programs across all locations Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization s compliance Mitigate HR related risks and address legal issues proactively Collect and analyze HR metrics to inform decision making and measure findings against current policies and initiatives Prepare and present metrics (and other reports as necessary) to executive leadership Aid in fostering a positive workplace and develop/implement initiatives to enhance engagement and satisfaction of staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related field of study.

years of HR experience.
Manufacturing sector preferred.
3
years of experience leading or managing HR teams across multiple locations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Ability to analyze and maintain highly confidential information.
Demonstrated skills in working with and leading others in group or team settings.
Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport quickly and highly approachable.
Willingness to travel.
