Must be able to multi-task, answer phones, enter data and check people in and out.
Experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Client Service Representative Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the hospital - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
