We're looking for our next great Front of House Team Members! The Front of House Team Member seeks to provide guests with a remarkable dining experience each and every day by working as a team to give each guest the quickest, highest quality personalized experience possible.
Our Front of House Team Members serve guests with the Core 4:
create eye contact; share a smile; speak with a friendly tone; always say My Pleasure; provide 2nd mile service to our guests and one another; operate cash registers at the front counter and drive thru; take or bag orders with speed and accuracy; complete table touch-ins in the dining room and refresh beverages for guests at their tables; look for opportunities to stock and clean to maintain a productive workstation; keep restaurant clean at all times, including floors; strive for quality and consistency in every aspect of their work; and demonstrate enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitality to all.
Team Members must be 16 years old at time of hire.
