MSRs effectively use leads to reach out to prospective members who would benefit from FirstCCU's highly rated financial products and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Excellent verbal communication and sales skills are required.
Our products are top notch and will easily sell themselves.
This is a fast-paced sales focused position involving outbound calling to existing and prospective members with a base wage, highly competitive incentive plan, and uncapped earning potential Establish, grow and maintain positive relationships with members Align products and services that help achieve members' financial goals and those of the credit union Successfully cross sell additional products and services Provide quality customer service to members over the phone and in person Guide members through the lending process from application through disbursement of funds Open new accounts including share drafts, certificates, IRAs, and various club accounts Provide credit counseling and solutions to members who do not qualify for loans Follow the established FirstCCU lending policy Follow state and federal lending laws and regulations Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary Working Conditions:
Normal office working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements.

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
High school graduate or equivalent Minimum two years of previous outside or business-to-business sales experience (excluding retail and inbound sales) Highly motivated and goal driven with proven sales ability Possess a positive, willing and capable attitude Superior customer service skills Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Ability to learn and embrace technology Strong time management and organizational skills Availability to work weekends and extended hours as needed Able to work effectively on a team and independently PREFERRED SKILLS AND/OR
Experience:
Previous experience at a financial institution Knowledge of state and federal lending laws and regulations First Community Credit Union (FirstCCU) is a full service credit union.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
