Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating projects, and assisting with various office tasks.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project coordination by organizing files and ensuring deadlines are met - Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries - Assist with proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy of information - Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Perform other office tasks as assigned Skills:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work - Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience with front desk operations and phone systems is a plus This is a part-time position offering competitive compensation based on experience.
