We are hiring for an Account
executive
to cover the territories of Janesville, Beloit, South Beloit, Monroe, Fort Atkinson and Jefferson, WI. We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic and results-oriented individual to become part of our growing company, QPS Employment Group. The person will be selling our staffing
services
to local businesses. This includes developing on-going relationships with businesses, learning their hiring needs, and providing excellent staffing solutions for them.
To be successful in this role, the Account Executive will be well organized, proactive, energetic and motivated by success and incentives.
Account Executives do not require overnight travel, and receive incentives such as an expense account, mobile phone and car allowance.
Duties:
o Develop new business opportunities to drive sales revenue within sales territory
o Provide high level of customer service to ensure clients needs are being met
o Locate and contact potential business clients to offer staffing services
o Customize sales presentations to be used with prospective clients in order to acquire new accounts
o Handle price and term negotiations to secure new business contracts
o Maintain and document required information in database
o Communicate customer's needs to internal employees who will also be servicing the accounts
o Monitor account performance
o Build solid client base
o Increase sales revenue by meeting weekly sales goals
Qualifications:
o At least 2 years of professional outside sales experience with a strong track record of performance. Ideal experience in service industry.
o Associates degree or equivalent experience
o Valid driver's license, vehicle, and good driving record
o Experience with Microsoft Office programs
o Professional presentation skills before senior level executives and business decision makers
o Demonstrate problem solving and negotiation skills
