Sell contract manufacturing to heavy agricultural equipment companies;
Determine annual unit and gross-sales plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing results and trends;
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for customers and territories;
Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with multiple decision makers at each organization;
Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions' and requests;
Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree required: Engineering or Technical disciplines preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
5
years of experience selling contract machined components;
Must have small contract manufacturing background;
Highly motivated and results driven;
Able and willing to travel up to 80% of the time;
Strong written and oral communication and negotiation skills including making major presentations to executive level contacts.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
